Delicious Cold Brewed Coffee at Home!
I have ready a few articles recently about the boom in cold brewed coffee, and thought I would give it a try. It is so easy, and you don’t need any extra equipment or supplies.
I used my French press, and added 4 teaspoons of regular grind coffee (you could use finer grind, but then it may not strain as well in a French press).
I poured cold filtered water, stirred, and let it sit overnight.
In the morning, I had some really nicely flavoured coffee. I love iced coffee, so I chose to drink my cold, but I’m sure it would be just as nice warmed up.
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this tastes…its true what they say, the brew is not bitter at all. In fact, it was quite nice and smooth, and I wasn’t even using a premium level coffee!
