Lunch Made Easy and Healthy

Being a busy mom means you don’t always have time to make healthy meals. I’ve been getting a little help from PC stars, but if I’m not around to cook, I can’t guarantee my husband and son made a well balanced meal.

By stocking our cupboard with different soups from Campbell’s Healthy Request it makes it easier to make healthy choices. And now that it’s fall my husband and son are more interested in warm soups after being out in the yard getting it ready for winter.

There are 6 new soups to choose from. And all of them are free from preservatives and contain less than 500mg of sodium.

There are plenty of options for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. My meat eating husband and son have also enjoyed many of the vegetarian options, like the Black Bean & Quinoa and Curries Cauliflower.

If you have a celiac in the family there are even two gluten free options: Curried Cauliflower and Turkey with Rutabaga. Meaning you don’t have to sacrifice flavour for gluten-free.

I’ll definitely be making sure we have plenty of these soups on hand for a quick, healthy lunch.

Have you tried any of the Healthy Request soups? I’d love to know which is your favourite! Or if you have any great meal ideas to go with the soups.
