Additives make me crazy

I recently saw a commercial that I could completely understand.  It featured a mother who wouldn’t give her daughter a ham sandwich for lunch because she didn’t like the kind of preservatives in sandwich meats.  I’m exactly the same way.  I buy preservative free meats but they aren’t always easy to get.  So sometimes I must go to the grocery store and the options for preservative free are limited. But there is one brand that has come out with luncheon meats that don’t have preservatives…unless salt and lemon count as preservatives.  I’m going to say that I’m thrilled that this option is available.  Of course, it is more expensive, but to me, it is worth it.  I now just have to figure out how to make sure my kid eats his whole sandwich.
