All Those Who Wander are Not Lost

On June 27, Torontonians can take part in a different kind of triathlon – Wanderlust 108.

It may start out with a 5k run, but it’s followed up with a 90 minute yoga class, and a guided meditation. It’s the “world’s kindest triathlon” and it’s all about community, spirit, and self-awareness – not competition. The event encourages everyone to bring out their best, and measures winning by laughs shared and friends made.

There’s plenty to do after the competition as well. Local food trucks and vendors will be serving up some of the best food around, while local crafters and artisans will set up shops for you to browse and find some new goodies to take home. And there’s always time for playing, so grab a hula hoop, or try out slacklining and acroyoga.

Have fun, make new friends, and take part in a mindful triathlon at Wanderlust 108.
