BlogHer 2015 – Inspiration and Learning (and some Partying)

This was my first time at attending BlogHer 2015. This year it was in New York City, July 16-18, 2015 and was an amazing experience. This is a unique gathering of women bloggers, gathered together to network, learn about exciting new initiatives, trends and things.   There were incredible key note speakers, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Christie Turlington Burns and Ava Duvernay, as well as parties and extra events, like a pre-screening of the latest  Mission Impossible movie and a great closing night party hosted by McDonald`< with special musical appearances by Boyz 11 Men.

There were too many breakout sessions to list, but I can say there was something for everyone –from editing and writing tips, to attracting partnerships to how to run a contest.

I’m amazed at how much I learned about interesting, inspiring people. The Sponsor Expo was also a chance to meet companies and learn about what new products and programs they were launching. I’m excited about writing future posts on all the things I learned. Stay tuned!
