This week, Carl Savard and #CarlsCrew suggested it’s about time that we work on our core! After bikini season is over, many of us start to neglect this key area of our body. Not only does our core stabilize us, but strengthening our core and reducing our body fat percentage is helpful in fighting against deadly diseases like certain cancers and heart disease.

Carl Savard challenges us to hold up a one-minute plank (or more if possible) – and I have to admit, this can be challenging for the best of us! This is a great goal, because plank is not only a fantastic exercise for core strength, but one of the best full body workout thats you could do!
