Doll Cakes for Me and My Sisters. A tradition.
Do you celebrate your birthday now that you are … older? Do you still like to blow out the candles on your cake? Or perhaps just eat cake!
We loved Barbie when we were growing up and we have a tradition of creating a Doll Themed Cake for our birthday’s. It is a tradition of ours. Now ours are not as elegant looking as the ones on the Wilton website, but we enjoy ours still the same!
We always have fun making the cake… though sometimes the cake doesn’t travel well!
Well this year, we misplaced the pan. We had planned on making a beautiful pearl dress for the doll cake, but we can up with this idea as an alternative. What do you think? Do you have any cake stories you can share? We would love to hear them!
