It’s too hot – day 3
Unless you have one of those outdoor heating elements on your bbq, don’t attempt to boil anything. I was trying to boil perogies – we have found someone who makes amazing perogies at our local farmers market and we love them. It started out slow, getting the water to boil, but then to keep it boiling while stirring the perogies was bad news. I won’t try that again – ever. So we did have perogies at were kind of cooked for dinner, however, my pot got really black on the bottom! I really need to get creative for tomorrow.
