Kissing Under the Mistletoe #CTChristmas

It’s crazy to think there’s less than a week until all the rush-rush-rush is over, we open presents and stuff ourselves with turkey.

But with all the craziness going on it’s always a good idea to take a moment to appreciate everything, and everyone in your life. And it may seem like a bit of a strange connection for some, but mistletoe can help.

Mistletoe is a sign of love and friendship, and if you catch a wife, husband, friend under the mistletoe, take a moment to share how much you care about them. Whether it’s a simple hug or kiss, a sincere moment of affection will be welcomed. Plus there’s something romantic about kissing someone you love under the mistletoe.

If you’d like to bring back another mistletoe tradition, each time you kiss someone under the mistletoe, take a berry off first. Once there’s no more berries left, no more kissing under the mistletoe. See if you can get all the berries off before Christmas!

Do you put up mistletoe in your home? If not, perhaps it’s time to bring the tradition back, and view it in a new light. One of well intentioned and sincere love.
