Home maintenance is really important in the fall. We want it to stay warm, and be energy efficient. Plus, all the little things we do now, will mean less to worry about in the spring.
We’ll be using these two checklists to make sure we don’t miss anything:
We’ll also be cleaning our windows to check for any cracks, and making sure the weather-stripping is still in good shape.
And we’ll treat our deck to prevent any cracking, splintering or decay over the winter from the freezing and thawing.
