Our family loves to get our hands dirty and try new things. Whether it’s getting active or trying new recipes, it’s great to take on a new challenge. Which is why I love checking out some of the videos in Canadian Tire’s #YouGotThis contest. There are some great tips on how to do everyday tasks.

If you have an everyday task you’re really good at (perhaps the best way to mow a lawn, or get your backyard ready for winter. Or how to renovate a guest room…), you can enter the contest by uploading your video at: yougotthis.canadiantire.ca

There’s a weekly $500 CT gift card to be won, and a grand prize of a $3,000 gift card. I can envision the kind of DIY I could get accomplished with that!

The contest is only until Oct 6th, so get doing what you do best!

I was inspired to get doing some things around my house.  The first thing I did was fix my squeaky door in my bathroom.  I was bothering me for a long time, and finally, I did something about it – and guess what, it was quick and easy!
